MENTORING

We devote time to really understanding the inner workings of each cause and offer them guidance and expertise to ensure they are as efficient and impactful as possible.

Through regular visits, meetings and workshops, we advise our causes on budgeting, donor relations, marketing, impact measurement and other vital elements of their organisational structure. We are always on hand to listen to their challenges and help them find solutions, and if they require a certain area of expertise which we don’t have inhouse, we use our network to connect them with someone who does.

We have also created a community of our causes so they can regularly communicate with each other and request support when needed.
