Whilst Miriam tried to remain strong for her two young children, she found the financial burden too much to bear. On her meagre disability allowance, her home has fallen into disrepair and her bills feel insurmountable.

29-year-old Shlomit was diagnosed with breast cancer three weeks after giving birth. Emotionally and physically exhausted from sleepless nights, medical appointments and mounting anxiety, she has been unable to return to work and her family are barely managing to keep their heads above water.
